My doctor sent me to pelvic floor therapy. The specialist there said my pelvic floor was not tight.
I’m sticking with her though, at least learn what I can.
The nausea issue just started 2 days ago. I take Zoltan mid meal & it helps. I’ve not spoken to my doctor yet. Do you think I should?

Since it only started 2 days ago, you could see if the nausea goes away over the weekend.
If the feeling doesn’t improve, considering your recent colon surgery, it might not hurt to call your doctor/np in a few days. Certainly, if your symptoms get severe then seek medical attention sooner. But I’ve had periods of a little nausea if I have any bowel issues. It’s all connected. 😉

You mentioned taking Zoltan…did you mean Zofran? That’s anti nausea medication. It works really but just be advised it can also inhibit the normal movement of the colon and that sometimes can make you feel nauseated too.

Have you started the pelvic floor exercises?
