Just getting the rotating circle saying "Waiting for the host to start this meeting."
Sandy, I logged out of/closed my own Zoom account, and then just clicked the link above. It took me right in to the session, but my name showed up without video, so I clicked "Leave" and left the session, closed, my camera and microphone in System Preferences, and then reopened them and returned to this site and clicked to join again and it worked fine.
Maybe next month - there will be a speaker for that one.

1 ReactionThanks, I went back about 2:30 and saw the session was running, sat in for a few minutes. Next time I'll use my iPad which has a mic. I'm just newly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer so probably not in the same place but it is a look into the future.
My husband is just getting diagnosed ... we have gotten the soft version and will be getting the specifics from the pancan surgeon on June 6.
The other person on the call has been through quite a bit, but she's hanging in there. It was helpful. The sharing is very generous in this group from what I've seen very briefly. You're not alone. Peace!
