Hi everyone, I thought I should be sharing my story and see if I can get some help. I have been experiencing chest pain on left side everyday for almost 4 years now. I am 31 M. Some days the pain is less and some days it’s unbearable. I have been to ER multiple times in these 4 years (6 to 7 times) I have consulted Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Pain Clinic and have done all the major tests like EKG, Endoscopy, CT scan of chest, stomach and pelvis, MRI of throat and neck, Treadmill test, Echocardiogram, Esophageal Manometry, Esophagogram( Barium swallow) test, steroid injections in the sternum and back followed by all the blood work one could possibly think of. I have tried multiple nerve medications, anti depressants, muscle relaxers, acidity, chiropractor, PT, fascia release massage.
Findings - During endoscopy they found a pancreatic rest in my gastric antrum but the doctors think this is not the cause of chest pain and it may be there since my birth. So, they let me repeat my endoscopy 4 times over 4 years to see any growth which didn’t. Also, they have found a left post-auricular mass in the left side of my neck but the doctor think it’s benign (don’t show any growth) and not the cause of chest pain.
At this point I am just helpless and the doctors have no answer. They seem frustrated too. However, the pain is still there and it happens everyday. Please lmk what should I do.

Max, I'm sorry to hear that you continue to deal with unanswered questions and ongoing pain. I moved your update to your previous discussion so that members like @downtowntiger @julianned @elle1233 @lioness @jeanette527 would get your update and help problem-solve with you.

Clearly you have been thoroughly examined by specialists from mutliple disciplines. It must be so frustrating to reach repeated dead ends.
