Hello, I can honestly say I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 16. I am now 28, I have had 5 in my life with just recently having had one on super bowl sunday at my friends parents house in new york. I went with him for the weekend excited as can be on friday morning a 9 hour drive from apex, nc. I spent the actual game in the hospital. Bottom line is I wish no one ever to have a seizure in their life they are dreadful and they scare the crap out of everyone in the vicinity. For me everytime I have had one I think to myself what could have I done to prevent this.

I know they've scared the hell out of me when I've had them. Some worse than others. I would love to see one in person, and not be the person having one. lol
I'm pretty sure the world doesn't change even though for me everything changes.

well, I saw my brother have one. Kind of weird me, my brother and my sister all have epilepsy and neither my mom nor my dad have it. I can't say that I want to see another one because of knowing the possibilities of what could happen if one does happen. They are very frustrating to deal with because of the state of the brain and knowing their is nothing we can do if one does happen.
