Hi @mohamedfahmy738 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I am sorry you are having relapses, but want to commend you on being able to abstain for several months in between.

Are you having any adverse side effects from using when you do?

Hello @mohamedfahmy738. I noticed you posted about this topic previously so wanted to bring your latest post back here to continue the discussion: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/cocaine-craving/

Your cravings may not fit the classic addict classification, however, if you are experiencing intense cravings, it doesn't much matter when it comes to wanting to stay clean and needing help to do so.

Based on a quick Google search, it appears as though there aren't any medications that are specifically for your need with regard to craving cocaine but rather antidepressants are typically used.

Have you sought psychosocial treatments, such as cognitive behavior therapy with a trained substance use counselor or treatment program?
