Need dr to treat lipidoid vasculitis/atrophie blanche

I’m looking for what doctor has knowledge in treating lipidoid vasculitis/atrophie blanche. I have a history of blood clots, on warfarin and have Factor V Leiden. Wound care helps heal the ulcers but I would like to see what to do prevent outbreaks. I also wear compression hose and elevate legs when not working part time. Thanks for sharing helpful info.

I’m located in Jacksonville Fl so Mayo in Florida. What kind of Dr at Mayo should I get an appointment with? Hematology, Dermatolgy or Rheumotology? Thank you for your help. I’ve been trying to connect with others who have similar issues.
