Possible POTS

I'm here because I'm extremely frustrated with this condition. Back in 2020, I was diagnosed with Supra Ventricular Tachycardia. I was at a work event and passed out. I had a cardiac ablation that worked a small amount of time. Fast forward to Sept 2020, I was diagnosed with H And treated. After this , I started having very weird symptoms that included extreme fatigue, dizziness and being lightheaded, facial tingling and migranes, stomach issues, sweating, body pain and heavy limbs. I experience these things mostly when Im standing or out somewhere. My blood tests show elevated inflammation markers as well. I've been to ER several times, Neurology, Rheumatory docs, and Gastro doctors. I've had so many MRI's and Cat Scans and the only thing that shows is a white spot on the frontal left lobe of my brain. MS, stroke and all Autoimmune things have been ruled out. Meanwhile my neurologist is saying these are just migranes. This has to be something much more. My quality of life sucks so bad. My gastro doc recently asked me about fibromyalgia, POTs and Dysautonmia. Anyone else experiencing this? Signed a concerned normal 37 year old until H Pylori changed my life.

How did they rule out MS? Did they say the white spot was an artifact?

Docs said I didn't need a spinal tap because I didn't have lesions on the brain. They noticed a punctate focus of T2 hyperintensity in the right frontal subcortial white matter.
