You need to be working with a nephrologist, transplant surgeon, haematologist and immunologist. There's nothing you can achieve on your own!

Here in Orlando, FL once you have been on the list for a think a year unsuccessful with getting a donor. There is a treatment called IVIG. Don't quote me on that. It's a treatment to help lower your antibodies so that you can find a match sooner. I can relate because I'm 97% sensitized. I'll double check but ask about that. Also maybe you may have to consider other type of donors, nonstandard. Please revisit your transplant center and get a better understanding of your options regarding your specifics. I hope this helps. God bless you!

Hope you got a kidney since your post a year and a half a go, if not I will tell you miracles do happen. I was in your situation. Had 100% PRA and needed second transplant. In 2010 I got a call from Mayo in Jax that they a 100% match for me. Please let me know if you got a new kidney yet!
