I have already decided I'm going to another doctor. This doctor wanted to do another surgery and put a plate in my leg... NOT!!!! I just want to get to the bottom of my problem...

That sounds like a really good plan. There seems to be a "disconnect" between the doctor telling you everything "looks good" and wanting to put a plate in your leg...
