Hi @suff2say, I'm so glad you posted here. I agree with @upartist about taking one thing at a time. Should you wish to call and talk with someone, you can call or text with trained counsellors any time of night or day at the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline https://988lifeline.org
- Call or text 988
- Chat with a counsellor at https://988lifeline.org/chat/
Chat is available 24/7 across the U.S. You don't need your phone. You can chat on your computer.

You said "Nothing's helped." It's not easy. But reaching out to others with diabetes is a good place to start. What activities do you like to do?

Hi Colleen,
I'm sure actually doing something right would help. I don't know what my problem is though. I just give up too easily nowadays. Activities, hmmm. I like watching movies and TV, I like eating, I like going out for dinner. I like to party. I kind of like to swim. I was going to try aqua aerobics again but I have a tonne of excuses. I used to like playing sport, but I don't like that anymore, well, my body doesn't. I like shopping. I like guitar and bass but I'm no good, my instruments suck and you can't trust anyone to fix a guitar properly. I love massages. I just got another job. COVID testing. Yay...
