I highly recommend both Tai Chi and Yoga for aging healthy. My wife and I are both 76 and pretty fit. I practice (or teach occasionally) yoga at our local YMCA five times weekly and Tai Chi once weekly. Don't let the foreign names put you off, these are both just pleasant group stretching exercises. Both can be very gentle or more aggressive depending on your personal tastes and needs. Both are fun and get you moving. Try it 😁😁😁

I am also a yoga fan and practice it (hatha yoga and yoga nidra) almost daily. I recommend it for any age. Both those yoga lines are very gentle and traditional with uncomplicated asanas (postures). As my teacher always says, it is not what you do (the posture) that is important, but how you do it (the posture).
