In 2016 I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis No medication given and in two months the worst effects had passed. But I have been left with the oddest feeling of unsteadiness and my eyes feel as though they are under pressure. My sight has been tested and there are no changes necessary.I see everything very clearly but my eyes make me feel unsteady. My gait is good and fast and have never stumbled or fallen. In the past two weeks I am feeling much worse and wonder if this is caused by a virus. I am just over 7 weeks of a chronic daily headache which finally Amitriptilyne cured.Because of headaches I had an MRI which was clear which has caused me to feel if my brain had a problem surely this would have shown up. My only problem lies in my eyes and of course all our movements are connected to sight. I am lost! @ritcousins40
