Anyone taking dapagliflozin for CDK?

According to this article by Mayo Clinic,

“ Dapagliflozin is used together with proper diet and exercise to treat type 2 diabetes. It works in the kidneys to prevent absorption of glucose (blood sugar). This helps lower the blood sugar level.”

Do you also have type 2 diabetes @czsalt64 ?

This past spring it was approved for CDK as it was tested on non diabetics as well. Dr. At mayo okayed trying it but the Lisinopril has lowered my bp to 90/60 and Dapagliflozin also lowers bp so not sure if I would use it as a monotherapy or with the ACE. The studies were done on patients taking either ACE or ARB and the mechanisms these drugs have in the kidneys are essentially opposites so they create a homeostasis unlike anything seen before, slowing CDK progression and stopping proteinuria.
