@linh. My heart goes out to you. I recommend listening to some Dan Buglio videos posted on you tube. He talks about ways to deal with all sorts of things like pain, anxiety, etc. I’m in the very early stages of absorbing this information but I think if I keep listening and absorbing it will help. It may not be for you but know we are all here to support you!
