I have genital and oral herpes.Can I suck my girlfriends breast if I have no outbreak

@edsel1947 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. While some find the subject taboo. I do feel these things do need to be addressed for certain individuals to make sure all is covered here on Connect.
There are cases documented where herpes simplex virus has said to penetrate the follicles of the areola and the nipple causing severe rashes on woman's breasts after exposure.

@edsel1947 You can usually be tested at a hospital to determine if you are "shedding" the virus, even though you are currently not having a herpes outbreak.
