Great! So I do jumping jacks and in place skip rope with no rope and seems the inversion poses in yoga like the plow and down dog. Dancing sounds like a perfect thing to get your lungs active.

Yes a good fast dance often sends me outside to cough, so the people around me don't come running to ask if I'm okay!
