Hi Deener, When I am depressed, I take a shower and let myself cry. The good thing is if anyone asks why your eyes are red, I tell them I got soap in them. . The water seems to wash away a lot of my problems. Then I list all the good things I have in my life. It helps me. I hope it helps you. I also will only watch happy movies. I watch Hallmark as I know it will have a happy ending. I won't stay around negative people. It's a battle to stay positive but you can do it. I just have another question to you, Jake and Amanda.
Have any of you had an MRA? I am nervous about it. I had the Moderna vaccine and it didn't effect me at all either physically or emotionally. I think the concussion after effects is the cause of my issues. If I am talking to someone and can't remember something -like their name, I apologize and say I am recovering from a concussion. Everyone, is so nice about it. Take care and please keep in touch.

@jmb73 I have not had an MRA. In case this is of any help, here is some information about the procedure, however.

- MR Angiography (MRA):

What worries you most about the procedure?

I have not had an MRA. I will look into this. Thank you for your response.

@jmb73
I'm not sure. I have had a functional MRI (fMRI) which checks changes associated with blood flow. Doesn't MRA do that or so also?
I don't know how they differ or if it's the same thing with different names.
Are you going to have contrast?

I have had angiography done but it was done by using fluoroscopy to guide needles into my shoulder capsules for other imaging, usually CT.
No biggie at all. If your nervous about it ask your doctor to order a sedative but your just going to lie on a table and let the machine do it's thing, no pain.
Of course if you have contrast and/or a sedative except an injection but that's no biggie either. Try not to worry about it.
Are you Claustrophobic
