I have had a recent incident where I asked to have a appointment changed from Rochester to Red Wing and I was told it would be looked into and called back. Never called back but when I looked on line my appointment in Rochester was canceled, one made in Red Wing and one canceled in Cannon Falls and one changed in Cannon Falls. These were for optamolgy appointments. Now I have to call again and asked why one was totally canceled as I need them every 5 weeks. No excuses this is just sloppy customer / patient care.

Hi @lvon, I've had problems getting a normal eye exam appointment in Rochester Ophthalmology department prior to having my cataract surgery done earlier this year. I think it's because they have a very high patient load but it's not an excuse to not call back. As @colleenyoung suggested above, I would urge you to call the Office of Patient Experience.
