Hi @macnkids, I can imagine that this is frustrating to say the least. There can be several technical reasons for your getting disconnected. I'm confident that it was not intentional. I agree with John that you can call the Office of Patient Experience. Here is the toll free phone number:

I have had a recent incident where I asked to have a appointment changed from Rochester to Red Wing and I was told it would be looked into and called back. Never called back but when I looked on line my appointment in Rochester was canceled, one made in Red Wing and one canceled in Cannon Falls and one changed in Cannon Falls. These were for optamolgy appointments. Now I have to call again and asked why one was totally canceled as I need them every 5 weeks. No excuses this is just sloppy customer / patient care.
