sorry i am still not following, how do i delete all at once 100 notifications under the bell sign i was ill and too much to read each one, J.

Click the bell and then drop the down window that comes up. Then click on that. When that window comes up it will say my notifications and there will be a button that says ACTIONS in blue. Hit that and hit the clear notifications. You should get an email saying that your notification has been deleted.
