@luftmensh1

My screen is not offering me a way to get out of this or to go back.

@luftmensh1 Can you refresh your screen? Are you on your phone or computer?
In the upper left corner there’s the logo for Mayo Clinic Connect. You should be able to click on that and it will take you back to the main menu. Try it and let us know if that works.

I did find my way out, although I'm not sure I remember how at this point.

@Erinmfs I think I'm ok with the new Connect, but just in case please do send a message back. Thanks.

Hi! message back at you 🙂

I searched the group Autoimmune Diseases for cellcept. The search returned 53 results. I can only see the first page of results, I cannot get to the 2nd through N page of the search results. Selecting next from there takes me to the next page of the autoimmune disease discussions, not the search results.

Thanks for reporting that what seems to be a strange behavior. I would expect the format to be the same for all of the search results on one search. That same search box works correctly if you are searching on your Connect Home page (click Mayo Clinic Connect at the top left of a screen to go to your home pate). It will search for any discussion using the search terms and when multiple pages are found the next button or click the next page will show the same search results format.

If you search for cellcept at the top of the screen, this works as expected when you click Next or the next page number at the bottom of the search results. Thanks again for reporting the problem. We will let the support folks know about the quirk.

I was prescribed cellcept for myasthenia gravis, I wanted to know what others had to say about it.

Good morning @Erinmfs I, too, am on CellCept. This actually my 2nd try. I have had no problems with it except taking it in the morning. I try to wake up at 5:30, take the pills and go back to bed. Problem is the alarm on my phone doesn’t wake me up. I haven’t noticed and real side effects except occasional loose stools. I hope to taper off the steroids starting next week!
How long have you been taking CellCept?

I haven't started, it was recommended. I'm concerned about recurrent shingles infections and other infections , I'm really thinking I shouldn't take it. I suffer from an autoimmune disease, we're trying to elevate the symptoms of that with cellcept.

@Erinmfs, @becsbuddy, I am taking cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil) to prevent rejection of my liver and kidney transplant. I have not had any bothersome side effects, although my transplant team keeps a close watch on my labs, and have advised about sun protection and about staying up-to-date with my routine health screenings. I take mine at 8 AM and at 8 PM. I don't know whether taking it got autoimmune conditions has a different effect that taking it for transplant, but I have taken it for 12 years. If you have any questions, I'll try to help.
