Hi @bumble81, I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with multiple GI issues and not have a clear avenue or treatment plan. It definitely weighs on your quality of life.

I know @drpepper has dealt with similar issues. I invite them to share their experience as well.

This is another discussion that was talking about constant belching that you may find interesting: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/uncontrollable-burping-and-belching/

I know that gastroparesis can cause major belching and abdominal bloating and pain. Some other members have mentioned that the medication that they take for SIBO can cause similar symptoms as well. Are you currently on medication for your SIBO?

I am not currently on any meds for SIBO. I took xifaxin twice and cipro combined with flagyl once. After I have my egd and colonoscopy, if that comes out negative I am going to start considering some sort of nuerodigestive issue. I looked up a doctor by the name of Brian Lacy that works for Mayo and he seems to be well versed in the condition and has found reliable treatments for it too. I would just have to find someone familiar with his methods in my state of Michigan.
