Hello @whiteda, I would like to add my welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect along with @kp6350 and other members. I had my right knee replaced in April 2019 and have felt tightness around the knee but it really hasn't bothered me much other than mild curiosity. @mikeycaz, @sweede536, @ruthannejoan, @shmabe and @ellerbracke have talked about the tight IT band syndrome in other discussions and may have some suggestions for you or can share their experience.

Actually the band feeling is in my foot not my knee. Thanks for replying though.
