I think someone may have answered this. I installed the Mayo Clinic App on my iPad a couple of years ago and just recently on my Android phone. Both apps were from a Mayo Clinic Online Community ad and both look and act a little differently. My Android app does not have a bell for instance.

When you want to clear notifications on any device touch your photo at the right hand top where it says @migizii . It will show you some options one of which is Notifications.
Select Actions down below in blue and it will give you the option to clear all notifications.
Select that and you will see a message that they are currently clearing all your notifications and you will get an email once done. I waited once after this message to see if the number of notifications cleared and it did...takes several seconds.

At that point I usually jump to my email to see if it was done. I can’t do this from my emails but have to go to the home page on both apps. Generally anytime you select a back button you are reverting backwards so don’t do that.

Maybe this will help. I also use Safari but I don’t think that should matter. I think each persons Home Page will look a little different and I just played around until I discovered how it operates.
BUT again, I can do none of this from my emails just delete them from my emails as I read (or not). I still go to the home page because the notifications are still there even if I have trashed them in my emails. Two separate things.

Hope I am making sense.

FL Mary
