I am considering coming to Mayo as I am worsening. Does barometric pressure may your body feel worse. Is a low grade fever necessary for such a diagnosis?

Does the mayo clinic specialize in ra pts? I don't know anything about barometric pressure but have been sick for a very long time with ra and just so tired of it all. Would be interested in this too.
