My mother has been diagnosed with a small aneurysm. I was hoping to hear personal experiences after the surgery. Recovery time? Additional developments? Reaccurances? Normal lifestyle?

my mother is 62 and was not sure if we would need a physical therapist for walking, talking, etc…

I look forward to any advice you are willing to share.

Hi Prissygarz,
I do not have a personal experience for you however Mayo Clinic does have some information available online.
Please go to:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/brain-aneurysm/DS00582/DSECTION=lifestyle-and-home-remedies.
You will find some Lifestyle and home remedies.
Also on the left hand side of that webpage you will see additional information on tests and diagnosis, available treatments etc.
There is also some information relevant for your interest on: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guHK0G6yK4c.

Be well, Soledad

Thank you Soledad for sharing. The video was very informative. To bad decisions aren’t always easy.
