Just want to tell you that my meds, family support, and self awareness have made me feel better now. I read a book called the Borderliine Personality Disorder Survival Guide. It was soooo helpful. You will get better and be glad to be alive. I was extremely suicidal and did not think I could get any better.

Francesca, thank you for your reply. I do not have any family support but have a few good friends. I have a book Im reading but would love to find a support group but there isnt one or that one is easy to find anyway. They want to change my meds from cymbalta to prozac. What do you take and how do you cope when your alone and cant get a hold of anyone
