Do you have MCI? Have you seen a neurologist?

Yes, was diagnosed with “mild, mild, mild, many milds” cognitive impairment. Am hopeful of attending Mayo’s HABIT program in 2023. Watching for any notice of the dates and locations.

Yes, I just received a message that I am on the list for the HABIT program in Wisconsin in 2023 but the dates have not yet been set. Have not heard about the schedule in any other locations. Thank you so much for your response.

My husband was recently diagnosed with MCI and we are both interested in the HABIT Program and would consider any location although we live in Wisconsin. I have emailed and left messages but have not received a response. How do we get more info and get on a list for 2023? Thanks
