Hi Tony,
Apparently, your email address bounced. This means that your email server labeled emails from Mayo Clinic Connect as spam. Do you sometimes see some Connect-related emails in your spam?
I have sent a note to the tech team to re-instate your email and you should start receiving email notifications again soon.
Your email server may relegate Connect emails to spam again. There are a couple of ways that you can help avoid that. See these articles:
1. [Tip] Filter your Connect emails into a folder https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/tip-filter-your-connect-emails-into-a-folder-1/
2. How to add Connect to your Safe Senders List https://connect.mayoclinic.org/page/about-connect/newsfeed-post/what-to-do-if-you-arent-getting-connect-email-notifications-anymore/
If this happens again, you can always contact me using this form: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/contact-a-community-moderator/
Toni - I passed this on to the moderators to give you a hand as I am not savvy enough to know what went wrong. You should hear from someone in the next day or two. If not, get back to me & I'll try to help.
Sue
