Physical therapy for chronic pain

I am starting home PT soon and I came across this article on WEBMD that I found interesting. I hope it will be useful to others. https://www.webmd.com/pain-management/physical-therapy?ecd=wnl_cbp_010721&ctr=wnl-cbp-010721_nsl-LeadModule_title&mb=FkCIKM%409saKBkGc8Lk2Lu30nzM784It68Zpgtdtfeds%3d#1

My doctor sent me to physical therapy last Friday. It turned out to be Dry Needling! Not acupuncture but placing needles into the pain area of the muscle. It is legal in many states including Florida, and I am very hopeful! I think they have it at Mayo also. The therapist explained it all to me and here is a link: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/treatments/16542-dry-needling

@catharbert @maryflorida Thank you both for pointing out yet more possible solutions to those of us who live with chronic pain every day!

Do you each have goals in mind as you embark on these new paths for you?
