Hi @lorirenee1 I am so sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience. It almost sounds like getting an electric shock. I do not plan to have a stimulator implanted but this information will be helpful to those considering one. Good to know. I don’t think any success in relieving pain will be long lasting with a stimulator. At least I haven’t heard of a successful story. For you the device brought on the pain. I think stopping it will alleviate the additional pain. You were able to hang in there for 5 months. You gave it a chance. Best wishes to you. Toni

@avmcbellar Hi Toni, Thanks so much for your well wishes! I agree, that at best, most of these stimulators give little, or short term relief. And yes, I do feel mini shocks. What needs that, on top of the neuropathy? I just hope I help someone with the information I gave. The best thing ever, is the help we give!!! Best to you as well, Lori
