Increased forgetfulness and Memory issues/ Mental health or other?

So I talked with my doctor today. She doesnt think that it is Neurological, we are checking labs for vitamin deficiency, thyroid etc. We will also be decreasing my gabapentin to see if that could be a cause. She is pretty conservative so we will see what happens with the blood and meds.

@firewolfpup17 Thank you for keeping us up to date! I hope you are able to resolve these symptoms soon. It's hard to play the waiting game but you are making steps in the right direction.
