@migizii- Good morning. This is a very legitimate concern and I have it too with lung cancer. I'm sure that this concern will be recognized. And as @ihatediabetes said, you don't have to do anything that that you are uncomfortable with and can drop out at any time.

After reading many responses, I decided to fill out the survey but have not heard any response as yet. I’m guessing it’s because I live in a rural area far away from any urban areas. I may not even get a chance to be denied or consider dropping out........
