Hello@johnbishop. I've been both an inpatient and an outpatient there. JHH's nursing care is horrible! It's doctors think that just because they are at such a good hospital that they know it all. In addition a neurologist I had there more or less verbally abused me after I saw him for many many years. My feelings about it not being #1 are based on the above

@lsittll, I've been fortunate as both an inpatient and an outpatient at Rochester Mayo Clinic. All of the staff, doctors, nurses, receptionists and even most patients have been really great and respectful. 20 years or so ago I was in a heart study where I did several overnight stays in the hospital as part of the study and that was pretty awesome...even received some remuneration 🙂
