My son & liver disease

My now 23 year old son came home from college a year ago yellow. We were shocked to Find out he has a ALPA1 disorder drank at college but not in high school. The biopsy showed cirrhosis.

I am so sorry. How is he doing? Is he on the transplant list? Is there anything other treatment?
