I had a catered occasion one time and gave the caterer the recipe and she loved it so much she asked if she could use it for other catering! The recipe was from my mother's family and it worked out great for me because my husband will not go anywhere near mayo. He loves my potato salad.

YES, PLEASE WOULD LOVE YOUR VINAIGRETTE POTATO SALAD.
I’m not a lover of mayonnaise either, and avoid it if possible.
When you get a chance I will look forward to your mothers recipe.
I did have a few potato salads recipes without mayo, but with the fire, almost everything either got misplaced, ruined, or packed away at the moving company storage.
My place looks like a disaster.
Last week my insurance company said it will probably be 2021 before everything is done.
And that is iffy. This virus does not help since work stopped in February.
