Hi @saedsaefan, I'm not sure that I understand your question. You are looking for hypertension medication without a diuretic?

Hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan (Diovan HCT) is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) with a diuretic component. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.

Mayo Clinic lists these treatment options:

Thank you for your prompt reply. Actually when I take the co-diovan 160/12.5 I feel lethargic, knee pain and weakness in my whole body bearing in mind that I am diabetic and uric acid is high. Is there some other medication would you recommend? Are these symptoms normal after taking the diovan with diuretic?
I have to stress one point that when I had taken diovan only without diuretic the edema was not reduced unless I raise my legs over the pillow before sleeping.

Regards,
