At my house, we call it “Time to Make De Donuts”. Then when I finish, “I made De Donuts.” (Think Winchell’s Donut’s commercial, circa 1974.)

The only thing I hate more than 2x per day airway clearance, is being sick.

My grandson, age 3, called nebbing with the Aerobika "buzzing my lungs", so now that's how I refer to it.

I love the term “thumper” and use “thump” or “thumping”, as well! Those in the know, know what I am referring to! Keep thumping!

You really do! There is more than one way to enjoy life. One of my favorites is to do whatever it takes to breathe more easily or just to breathe more!

I just used "thump" in a post to another forum when someone asked about methods of percussion. It is such a descriptive word for what goes on. Thank you!
