@asegura I had a Dr,s appt yesterday and asked her any more medicine for osteoporosis and she said Glucosimine is good for the cartalige and will help build bone so I'm adding this to my already calcium, mag,Vit D3,Vit K Boron . Check it out for yourself Research is the key to education.
