@lioness Hey Ms Lioness, thanks for the reply! We have the same “holy grails”. Mine are heat and music. I never could use ice - it always ended up hurting. My gratitude today is for my “Alexa Echo”. I can tell it to play virtually anything and it does. I can close my eyes and be somewhere else - away from the hurt and the claustrophobia of the house.
