Kamama94 Thank You for Your Recipe Book !!!

Huge Kudos for not only your highly informative and extensive work but also for your generous sharing at no cost to Mayo Connect members what you could have easily published for profit.

Encourage other newbie diabetes-kidney patients to become familiar with it. Something there for all of us.

Managed to delete...don't even ask and no clue lol... the great link supplied earlier and drilled down to section on What Can I Eat? Final copy posted June 5th by H.K. Yeager.

Peeled first apple yesterday to try the Occ'l Treats Cinnamon Apples. Positively Yummie!! and so easy. Thank you!!!

@fiesty76, thank you for your kind words. That means a lot. I believe information and knowledge should be free (along with a lot of other things like medications and medical care but we won't go there, LOL.)

I love those apples, too. Also like the maple bark/crisps even though they're labor intensive. Hope you can try the skillet bread, it's not as labor intensive and it's very mild but has almost no sodium and makes great toast.

I accidentally delete stuff all the time so am re-posting the recipe collections here just in case.

Thanks for the added suggestions. Will try! And also for the direct links. Now to remember to create a word doc to SAVE impt. info. so that it doesn't get accidentally deleted by the sometimes "spacey one".

@fiesty76, as someone with fibromyalgia whose brain turns to jello during a flare, I totally understand spacey!
