There IS a difference between addiction and dependence, but the bottom line is they both are problematic. And they are proven to have negative outcomes for memory, if taken for many years. I realize some people do fine long term. It’s just something to consider.

3 years after a cold turkey from 8 mg of lorazapam,I lost my past,all my long term memory is gone and 4 years later now and it’s never returned! So will it come back ever?
