Thanks Becky for your reply. I wish that there was an other level of interest in these methods and procedures because interest by the masses expedites development. I’m often surprised when I find out that many people have no idea what I’m talking about.
Are we allowed to post links here to sites with detailed information?

@becsbuddy Some of the things that it comes up with having NOTHING in common with what I was saying! It really is a drunk little elf. Most of my responses are from my desktop computer and I do not have auto-correct on it, just on my Ipad and phone.

I can tell you in Australia we have developed and proven that gene editing is able to cure cancer in mice and onto human trials and other models

@sirgalahad @stuckonu My oncologist did genetic testing on me to determine what we are dealing with in this latest cancer issue. They will couple the bone marrow biopsy results, that we now have, with kidney biopsy results [to be done soon], to determine the best approach and right chemo. Bless his heart, he doesn't want to give me a chemo that might shut down my already-compromised kidneys, which are at ~34% function.

@stuckonu I just finished a book that might interest you. It’s called Ten Drugs by Thomas Hager. The last chapter and the afterword, talks about monoclonal antibodies and the drugs (I’m on rituxan) and the future direction of research. The entire book was good. You might like it
