Hi @guga I’m so sorry to hear about your experience with your doctor. Please be assured that Mayo Clinic would want you to feel comfortable and confident about your care and your time at Mayo. I’d sincerely encourage you to visit the Office of Patient Experience website https://www.mayoclinic.org/about-mayo-clinic/patient-experience
There you will find contact information for the individual campuses, and also a general email. Staff are available to discuss comments or concerns you may have regarding your medical care. Your experience certainly sounds like something Mayo Clinic would want to act upon. Let me know if I can help.

@guga Did you set up a user account at the Mayo Clinic Portal? The doctor's notes should be there. If you have questions you can contact “your care team” through the portal messages or you can call the office to make sure “the ball was not dropped”. No one is perfect and sometimes things get buried in emails and paperwork gets lost. Be active in your care.. if you have not heard something within a week contact the doctor's office. I have not had this happen at the Mayo Cinic in Jacksonville, but have at my local doctor's office.

@guga I would keep calling them back. Notate who you speak to. Mention so and so told you whatever in the next call if necessary or ask to speak to the office manager. It makes a difference.

I keep sending messages to the team so I have documentation that I've tried repeatedly to contact them it's not working

Either make a phone call to the office or whichever number here applies to your clinic at the link the moderator, Ethan posted.
