Does anyone have experience with SI Joint Injections?

I had an SI joint injection done for pain two and a half weeks ago on my left side. I now have weakness in the left leg along with tingling and electrical jolts in my foot and pain from sitting. I also have had vaginal spotting. I have a whole new constellation of symptoms that I did not have before the injection, I have seen some abstracts that where studies where done looking at vaginal spotting after epidural injections and it does occur. I would like to see if anyone has had issues that arose after SI Joint injections.
