@babette We are looking too, our house is way too big for the two of us and my husband wants to be on one floor. The prices are crazy. The little houses that all the same in the detached condo developments are more expensive than our sort of large home on over two acres! I get updates from Redfin and watch our town, Bedford, plus Windham, Londonderry, Hooksett, and sometimes the Nashua, Hollis, and Amherst areas. I would prefer Londonderry, Windham, or Hooksett because they are on the 93 corridor (easier drive to MGH) but my husband doesn't care for Londonderry.
