Hello @rafrot and welcome to Mayo Connect! I am assuming that you are posting about tapping for anxiety. Is this the case? Members have discussed this. I found a Youtube video that demonstrates this, you might want to take a look at them and see what you think.

I use tapping to help lessen anxiety, and have found it very helpful. Often I start my day with a round of tapping, and follow this with meditation. The tapping I am familiar with is called EFT -- emotional freedom technique. It is simple to use and can be surprisingly effective.
