Hello, I am looking at working with bio Excelerator to receive 100% pure stem cell for my sciatic nerve pain. I have a meeting today with the doctors and I have a lot of questions that I plan to ask. Also, I have a short leg due to a pelvic imbalance. I am currently working with an osteopath to correct this but can stem cells and PRP stabilize my sacrum? Thank you

Good morning and welcome to MayoClinicConnect. You’ve asked about the efficacy of stem cell treatments for nerve pain and stabilizing your sacrum. I really don’t know about all the uses of stem cells because there is so much ongoing research . Mayo Clinic has some good information as does this article I found. https://www.closerlookatstemcells.org/stem-cells-medicine/nine-things-to-know-about-stem-cell-treatments/
Whatever you do, be very careful, because there are many unapproved uses and unlicensed practitioners who want to cash in on this new treatment. Keep doing your research and ask lots of questions! I’ll ask other members @reydelroble and @brie,who have also talked about stem cell therapy, to join our conversation. Let us know what you decide to do. This article from the Mayo Clinic May also be of interest.
