Hi @missy12922, getting the denial letter must indeed be confusing, not to mention disappointing. I recommend that you call the appointment office to get an explanation. Alternatively, as you are a Mayo patient, you may wish to contact the Office of Patient Experience here https://www.mayoclinic.org/about-mayo-clinic/patient-experience
