Fibromyalgia or something else? Pain in thigh and entire left leg+knee
Hello, I have a history of fibromyalgia, but this pain is a bit different. It’s started a few days ago and gradually got worse. Started as a pain in the buttocks, and it hurts when I put pressure on my leg with my hand. It is also stiff to the touch. I can describe it as being an ache and that it’s been run over by a car. Is this simply just another bout of fibromyalgia, or maybe something more? Quite worried, any help would be appreciated

I have a history of endometriosis and celiac disease. Before I was diagnosed in 2014,the endo. had formed a chocolate cyst on my ovary. Eventually I had a total hysterectomy 5 years ago. Now I sometimes get a feeling like someone is poking my back with their finger, but only when the weather is about to storm. It is in the same general location as the original chocolate cyst. Is this a type of arthritis? (it isn't really in the spine, but just below my ribs-left side). Has the endo. returned? I've been to so many different ob/gyns because they don't believe me, whenever I have strange pains. I have always been right and it has always ended up being endo. (or possible endo). I don't really want to go to an ob/gyn when they don't believe me.
